''Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection (311)''

Hi,

I don't know where to even begin. About 4 days ago I started getting an error saying ''the application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again''. I read on the forums that deleting the bitraidier folder would help, so I tried it and it did indeed help, but it was only a temporary workaround. Basically every time I wanted to play, I had to delete the bitraider folder and only then it would work (deleting that folder seemed to trigger a verivication proccess which would deal with the error). I didn't really mind waiting 5 minutes everytime I wanted to play so I just stuck with it. 2 days ago, deleting bitraider folder stopped working, I've tried like 20 times, deleting the folder, endeing all the bitraider related proccesses in task menager etc but nothing seemed to worked. I decided to just reinstall the game but after I did so, the  ''the application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again'' was gone, but another error has appeared: ''Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection (311)'' Firsly I of course tried doing the bitraider thingy, changing some launcher settings, but of course nothing worked. Writing a post like this is usually my last choice, as I prefer to try to deal with stuff like this myself. So I spent 2 whole days (around 15 hours) doing research on the swtor forums, here, on reddit and nothing has worked for me. I've tried literally everything: Changing dns, restarting my router, flushing dns, checking if swtor is added to exceptions in the firewall, checking if I have some vpn running on my pc, calling my ISP, I even tried to reinstall the game but this time on steam, thinking that maybe a non-streamable launcher would resolve the problem, but it changed nothing. I think at this point, I've tried literally everything I could find on the internet and Im close to giving up. Im writing this post, because its the only thing that's left for me to do. I know this is a really long read, but I wanted to be as thorough as possible. In the attachment im sending you my latest launcher logs. Thanks.
