Unable to start chapter 15 of Knights of the Fallen Empire
Hi everyone!
I've been playing through Knights of the Fallen Empire, but for some reason I can't start Chapter 15: The Gemini Deception. I was able to play through chapters 1-14 no trouble, though. My quest log says I just need to hit play to launch the chapter, but when I do, the buttons on the chapter selection screen are greyed out, see screenshot attached.
I'm currently not subscribed, just Preferred, but seeing as I was able to play chapters 1-14, it wouldn't make a lot of sense that I suddenly had to resub to play the remaining chapters, right?
Has anyone had a similar issue or experience? All help is appreciated!
