unconfirmed purchase

good evening, i made a 60 day purchase through swtor.com directly, i paid with my paysafe account as i have beed doing since 2018 this time it showed an error on the verification part, the last one,...

what is the swtor username , just be aware payments with paysafe have been extremely slow in closing between merchants recently

that is my username, i can get a screenshot of my paysafe as proof of purchase or give the invoice number
