unconfirmed purchase

good evening, i made a 60 day purchase through swtor.com directly, i paid with my paysafe account as i have beed doing since 2018 this time it showed an error on the verification part, the last one,...

I will have a response for you in about an hr , be aware that EA advisors are unable to help with swtor

    Support can see one failed, the other paysafe one is still open in their system, that needs to say close
     
    they said it appears paysafe are having a delay to be around 2 days (that is based on what they can see on their side)

    if that purchase changes state to close and you still dont have your game time let me know

      I don't have a problem with waiting one or two days as long as I know there's no problem

      @proxos666 Hey, just to let you know it's still unchanged, it says open and there in no play time in the account, from my paysafe it says the payment went through, do I need to give it more time? Today it's the third day
