unconfirmed purchase

good evening, i made a 60 day purchase through swtor.com directly, i paid with my paysafe account as i have beed doing since 2018

this time it showed an error on the verification part, the last one, the money is taken from my account, the transaction shows under my account/subscriptions/ show payment history

but it is shown 2 times, one as open and one as unconfirmed

i have receided no email or any other confirmation about it but the money has been taken

can someone help me with this please?  i see no other way to contact anyone in-game

    @nex_c86 

    Support apparently cannot refund paysafe , they do however expect this transaction to likely fail at some point given the duration already , which would mean it would auto refund between merchants on failure.

    if it actually does close in the system and you do not get any game time let me know and can arrange for the time to be added to your account

    @proxos666 Hi again, just to let you know the status of the transaction became closed but there is no time in my account as sub, it still says preferred status
