Might be worthwhile opening a command prompt as administrator and running the below command as the dxdiag is also reporting corruption
sfc /scannow
see if it finds any errors

Yeah, just saw what version it was using. That's what you get when you let Windows install drivers. I know better than that.
I'll give that a try and see what happens. Will let you know soon.
Edit: will try that as well.

Updating the driver fixed it. I feel pretty stupid for missing that. I'd assumed that it would install a current driver rather than one a year out of date. Thanks, man.

Welcome, glad to hear it is sorted.
Let me know if the sfc comes back with any issues see the below is corruption entry
