if the quest is still active on your quest log open the quest log up and try to reset the quest do not click the abandon button just the reset quest. you will have to kill him again see if this helps
I tried resetting the quest but it still didn't work.\
Did you find a fix. I just got it and i have run into the same problem and i have tried everything people suggested but it still wont work.
I had the same issue. None of this has worked, including resetting the mission.
