Very disappointed with EA

You will see and have problems to play Star Wars ™: The Old Republic ™. After almost 2 years, I try to return to the game for nostalgia, ect. And I find that I can not enter either the game or the game website, since I have the mobile application to verify every time you enter the game or the web. Apparently The code that links the web with the mobile either it had been reset or by removing me in its time of subscribing stopped working, but with the inconvenience that to be able to play or to enter its web it continues asking you the code to enter . Well, there is a way to enter the web if you have problems with this, to my surprise, it does not work, since it is assumed that the system sends you an email with a unique password to enter the web, an email that never arrives
Well, this is the problem and here the EA solution:
After my second call (the first one was to activate security options of the original account telling me that this solved the problem, obviously it was a lie.) Related to the problem of the game, the guy who treated me was very kind and after more 1 hour trying to solve the problem the call was cut or hung the boy to not know how to fix it (I want to think that was hung alone even seen what follows I doubt it) In my 3 call answered a girl who looked more like a machine and after a few minutes he tells me not to call anymore, that his previous partner sent me an email saying where I had to call, since he was working from another department (that email never arrived). Well this girl gives me a phone number to call with support in Spanish according to her, mostly because I asked her if they spoke Spanish, because even if she understands something in English I do not speak it fluently and she said yes, being a lie I call and I find that the guy who picks up the phone does not understand me .. I call back to the technical service to discuss the problem and they just call me, I pick up and they hang me up.
What a shame that the EA company acted in this way, simply by telling me from the first moment that they can not solve this problem from that department I would have been more satisfied, without having to cheat, waste my time and take a bounce of the Milk for the little shame of these gentlemen who have attended me. And of course, without solving the problem I continue.
No more a greeting and I hope that the attention to the users is improved.
