Long story short, a while ago I deleted my GMAIL account associated with my Swtor account. As far as I am aware, I can not recover that gmail account anymore, or remake it. Therefore, i cannot access...
You will need to call Swtor CS (Link to numbers) to update your email on the account.
As to proving the account is yours that will be up to you to answer the questions they decide to ask that only the account owner should know.
