Yea it's a debit card, but I've never had problems with subscriptions before.. guess I'll try the 60 days subscription and see if that works even if it's a bit more expensive

I have the same problem where I want to use my mastercard. Its the same credit that I've used  many times before, but now it simply don't work. I have also tried to buy the non recurring 60 days sub, but I get the same message even then. I use the same card for WoW and LoL so it's nothing wrong with the card, i figure.

Support see no transaction attempts on their end 

they suggest registering (saving) the card in the system before trying to purchase, otherwise try a different payment method.

I'm trying to delete old cards I had and I don't know how to plus I'm trying to add my visa debit card and it wont let me. I'm trying to buy cartel coins.

I was wondering if you found solution for this, because i have same problem and its not let me buy 60 day one time or recurring or even cartel points.
