My security key app was associated on January 11th 2026, and I did get cartel coins then, but after that in February I got them 11 days late, and now it's March 24th and I still haven't gotten any cartel coins. Am I understanding this incorrectly or is there a problem with this?

Players who have a Security Key tied to their account will only receive their Cartel Coin grants if they were active in the last 29 days. We will not be removing coins that have already been granted. To add a Security Key to your SWTOR account, go to your account page on our website. All commonly used authenticators are accepted.
