Where is the support??

As far as I can tell there IS NO way to open a case and receive support from EA anymore. Either I'm missing it or EA is even more gross than the reputation leads on to believe.\
Originally I just wanted to know why I have to wait half an hour before every log in to SWTOR for an email that may or MAY NOT come to allow me to log into an account that I access from a whopping two locations.
So I come to EA's site and continuously click different iterations of, "please help me" only to endlessly loop around the same three pages of non-support fluff obfuscating the entire process...

Take some responsibility EA- its cut and dry clear that you are doing everything in your power not to provide support...

    @TheRedLion93I ask because what you provided assumes the user is or was able to log into the game no? As well as the obvious- that whole contact method on the support site not working.

  • P.S I still have not gotten the requisite email with a code for me to log into the account - my original reason for coming here an hour later xD The cream on top? This is every login.

  • @Aelra It looks like EA wants no one to play SWtOR. Otherwise I can't explain this support to you.
    I have a problem with paying for my subscription. And it says contact support. But she is no one. This is the only forum where maybe someone can give you advice.
    In another MMORPG I've played, my problem was always solved by the GM. Within half an hour of creating a ticket. But not here.
