Wrongfully charged for SWTOR subscribtion

I bought the one-time purchase subscripion and it said it would cost me R$67,00 (67 reais). But when i got the SMS, it charged me $30,00 (30 dollars), which is R$124,00. If i knew that was the price, i probably wouldn't buy it. Now i want to know how to cancel it and get my money back or get the difference back since the website clearly says a different price than what it really is.

I have print screens of the website, if needed.

    Hello @BarockWerneck,

    correct, you can contact us via a VOIP provider however, this is not a service that is free by default. International calls made using VoIP are generally far less expensive than calls made from a mobile phone or landline. But you may still require to top up your VOIP service such as Skype for example to be able to make a call. That´s why it´d be interesting to know from which country you are trying to call us.

  • I just got off the phone, well off skype, with CS and she said to submit an in game ticket with all information about my situation. except I am currently  a pref player, so I can't submit tickets(which is total bull**** btw), so what do I do? Try the phone again?

    Hello @BarockWerneck,

    I´m sorry for that - However, this is something only phone support will be able to assist you with since it is a query concerning billing. Preferred players also will be handled over the phone if it is an account and billing issue. Contacting us via an in game ticket would not be the was to go since we´ll need to confirm some details with you on the phone first.

    If you´re being told to go through the In Game channel again please send me a PM here on AHQ and I will take it from there. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

    Hello, today i renew my subscribe but something went wrong with the value. Its show R$174,00 reais ( local currency ), R$29,00 / month, and i was billed for US$72,50 ... its around R$326.25, almost 2x the value announced.

    WE need fix the value ( give the extra money back or take an extra subscribe period ) or need cancel the purchase and give me all money back.

    is this discrepancy in display charges being investigated for correction ????

    Payment appears correct for what should be charged but displayed charges seems to be 50% less

    US$ 72.50 is about right for a 6 month subscription

    I have merged the post from @radiehl to this thread to keep similar together.
