[Bug - Hard Lock] Cannot Proceed with "Enemy Intelligence"

EA ID - CptLin
Platform - PC, EA App
When - 10-Sep-26 around 6:00pm Arizona Time
No error messages

Playing the "Enemy Intelligence" mission, I move forward to the "Access the Data Downlink" terminal, but the icon to allow access does not appear.  I searched videos and see where it is supposed to appear, but nothing.

I've saved and reloaded, restarted mission and restarted the game with no luck.

    This needs an immediate patch. The game is literally broken and unplayable for me.

    I have the same issue. I am on ps5. I tried turning off my ps5 and unplugging it. Then reloading before the mission was launched and the prompt still will now show up. 

    Please help we need a solution this. I don't have a way to progress.

    I have the same error, just with an Xbox not pc
