There's more to this. How about the length of the video. Sure, 16 and 18 could be the continuation of 12/14. But what about the §? It's called a section sign. We got a reference to the bible before and the bible is segmented.
We heared the letter C is crucial in the riddle and it's the third letter of the alphabet. Now listen what we have in the bible:
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:18 - Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
So what does this mean: Coincidence? A joke about the player base not hard enough believing in RNGejus? Or something completely else? If everything of these riddles always have a meaning, so what can it be?
