Qui-Gon Jinn will now only use Humbling Blow to Dispel when driven by AI or Auto-Battle


@EA_Jesse. This update has proven it is possible to link AI action to opponents conditions. So why can't this be done with Asajj Strike Fear? Or any Dispeller? Using a dispel ability with nothing to dispel is crazy.
