Cody's 212th attack is the most op ability I have seen. Clones was already a meta group that mostly only whales ran, now this?

So people that run 3 clones ( Rex, 5's, echo ) will pretty much replace someone with cody and in one turn have the whole team attack? Also lower CD on crits? This better be a very long cd or whales will be untouchable with clones + mods.
