I think that was already the case (no f2p in top 10), unless you were in a really young server. This update hasn't changed the reality of the f2p platform, it's just giving those in "end-game" something fun to do. f2p can get there, but at a muuuuuuch slower pace. But again, that has been the trend for this genre for many years.
