0-0-0 Translation stacking
Can anyone explain to me just how does it work?

- I ment translation as in the buff "Tranlation" sometimes he gets it sometimes he don't and I have literally no idea why.
He uses ability, his basic, on foe with torture and nothing.... - Stacking means it can have more than one (will show a number by the buff)

Broke. Like many other things in this game. Don't worry I am sure they will just change the text to match whatever is actually happening.
The new updated version of his passive : blah blah applies stack of translation whenever he feels like doing so... . ...
