I find this an overexageration. Specially if we count all the game modes, and not just the 5 battles of 2 minutes that is Arena.
Do you feel Old Ben is unplayable? Anakin? Yoda? Qui Gon Jinn? Luminara? Barris? Jedi Consular? Kit Fisto? Ayla Secura? Ima Gun Di? Even Eeth Koth is playable, he has his place in a Stun team and as counter to droids. Mace Windu is playable, he might not be top contender for an arena team, but he can be played in a expose team or as part of GW or as a leader for Jedi, There is a difference between "average, won't be in arena as he is not a top 10 char" and unplayable. There are 15 Jedi. Not all of them can be top 10 chars in the game, for obvious and mathemathical reasons.
Curretly Plo Koon is unplayable, he is bugged and his sinergy with non-existant Clones is useless. Jedi Knigh Guardian is unplayable, he fills no gap and has no spot. Ashoka probably is unplayable, because her speed is so abysmal that nothing else matters, and his HP bonus just bring her to average HP, so it's like if she had average HP to begin with, but has 3 skills instead of 4 AND have to pay ability mats to make for it. That's awful. Even then, she is self-sustainable and can have a place in defensive multi-healer setups for GW.
TL:DR: There are 15 Jedis. You can't have all of them in the top 10 of chars.
