In which case there is no reason why Vader and Palpatine should be so weak. A sole CLS could quite possibly beat a team of Vaders. What's that about?
Problem is, the game design. Why is Luke so amazing? Because he's Luke!! Why are Vader and Palpatine so mediocre? Because the game isn't Star Wars lore. Well, it's either one or the other surely?
