While playing on easy after pasingto sector 2 issue occurs.
No matter what team i use first battle timer will rin out althou I have superior team and that team is battling gliched oponen on 1 bar health left. Tried restarting game, even cleaning cache and changing networks. Nothing works. After that battle i try to redo some from sector 1 same happens. This is happenig for second conqest in a row.

Remove the purple single-dot disc or kill the leader first, and the problem will be solved.
In addition to what KAFKASLI said, which is definitely the fix for your current problem, you have to READ THE DISKS.
If a disk has an ability that you don't want, don't put it on.
The F-34T disk deliberately keeps the enemy alive so that you can can land as many debuffs as possible when trying to complete feats. (F34T = FEAT)
This is a skill/not reading the mechanics of the disc issue not a game issue. Remove F-34T.
That is absolutely hilarious
I have the same thing, on the latest conquest I have basically won the battle and you put it on auto after all the opponents are on one red dot basically almost beaten. They are all R5 and my squad is R8 no damage in perfect health dealing massive damage yet the timer just counts out.
