Hey guys... @Vampire_X did right by responding he/she just didn't have a concrete answer yet... and im sure he/she has notified devs that the pitchforks & torchs are lining up... patience.
lets not reduce ourselves to mob mentality...
If you were one of the ones who did spend that $ to 7* your CHS and then the devs reverted the CHS/HRS requirement back to 5*... you'd be super miffed too... its not fair to just chalk it up to them having more $ than you...
They can't make everyone happy, but they try, and when they do revert decisions, there is always gonna be fallout... i for one am glad to there still trying to make everyone happy. You gotta had it to em, this issues involved in any major update are a monumental undertaking and there is no simple answer to fix everything.
