Saying they're brand new, to me, indicates they have just been released and that these brand new characters are available in the titles listed. Nothing indicates some. You could be right but that really, really seems like a stretch.

People are going to interpret based on what they want to hear. Nothing about this is clear so I guess we’ll see. I had just hoped to hear details of a promotion before it ends.

This is just fascinating! Two corporate juggernauts that doesn't communicate. Still no answer and the non existent promo is about to run out. I would love to understand how and why the discount wasn't communicated from Disney to EA before the post on starwars.com.

And to spoil new in game characters? I mean CG releases them the same day with no heads up, someone on starwars.com didn't get the memo that everything has to be hush hush.

No response on the issue, changed the original ad, and still no select in-app purchases showing. I don't know why I got my hopes up. I was going to buy something but I'm not spending money now.

This is out of control... this needs to be put back in general so the general community of this game can know about this. This is hidden in the “data card” part of the forum???? This has nothing to do with data cards; it’s about crystals.. a totally different tab in the game compared to data cards..
will I be able to get a reimbursement because of false advertising? You told me it’s 25% off crystals so I bought some; expecting 25%. I didn’t get a 25% discount or 25% more crystals.. people sue companies because of false advertisement. Why are you always having problems like this in every game EA?? C’mon

The messaging is definitely unclear and currently being worked on to better clarify what deals coincide with Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. I'll return with updates once the messaging has been finalized.

If we can’t get the what, can we get the when? As in when will we have clarification. The “promo” expires in 2 days.
