Error when logging into Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes app

Hello all,

i don’t know if this is the right place to post this? I have been trying to sign into my EA account for Star Wars Galaxy of Hero’s iOS app, but I keep getting the following error in my attachment. Can you guys help me?

    Hi @STANDARD_DEV_X2, 

    I checked out the error code. Getting that error usually means there's an unstable or weak internet connection. Are you using mobile data to log in? Try switching to wifi and see if that helps.

    It's been a while, we're hoping that means the advice to switch to a more stable internet connection like Wifi did the trick and you're back in the game. 🙂
