3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

Normal- Gear, character shards Cantina- Character/ship shards, mats, cantina shop currency Ship- Character/ship Shards, reinforcement mats, (Zetas)? So if you could only pick between 2 out of 3...

cantina, hands down. some of the best shards and mods.

also a much more reasonable farm time than a HN.
