5* Holdo and Rose needed multiple times in today’s platoons? Why? [MERGE]

I do understand that people have to spend on the game to keep it alive but constantly getting new characters on platoons isnt the way. I find it very hard to believe that anyone will buy their shards for the sole purpose of completing platoons. The only thing devs are accomplishing by this (IMO) is making people angry.
