5* Jar Jar only gives 3 relic characters
Has there been any sort of explanation for this yet? I want to know why it was not made clear that we won’t be able to get 6 characters up to level 110 with the MK VI materials.

You can smash them straight to relics tomorrow.
It is clear. CG did not give the mats. They altered the deal. They will continue to alter the deal every era to make money and force players to pay to advance. It's called a business.
Before the Era started CG said we would have enough to get to 115 or 110 if pushed to *5 for Jar Jar and the others. They did not hold up their end; that's not business that is called bait and switch, which is not legal.
