I am skipping the pass for the fever dream era coming up. Not that my trust was ever deep, but it is completely gone and there should be visible consequences for this stab in the back. 

It's pretty disgusting that Capital Games believes this is an acceptable way to treat their player base, which is their main source of income for this game.  I hope enough people boycott this era and hit them in the wallet so they feel it.  Unfortunately I don't think that will happen but I'll do my part by never again providing them a single dollar.

Everyone in our guild agreed not to spend a penny next era. It’s the only thing that got me to stay with my f2p account. Never touching my paid account again. Not supporting these kinds of shady underhanded tactics. Vote with your wallets and your time spent in game.

It’s classic bait and switch, and we all fell for it

Let’s face it, there won’t be any kind of boycott.  I think there will be repercussions for them as I’m sure this was the last straw for some people who will leave and others who will stop or reduce their spending.  Personally I have stopped investing cash because I believe this type of behavior will continue and ultimately result in the end of the game.  Until now I have looked at the money I spend as entertainment dollars but now I see continued spending as both a waste and enabling CG’s behavior.  There are always apologists and shills who act as though CG maintains the game from the goodness of their hearts for us.  They could not care less about the players, every decision they make is to maximize the income from SWGOH.  They don’t care about fairness, game balance, canon or the desires of the players.  Only dollars.  Remember that the next time you’re thinking about spending and maybe if the income goes down they will be more motivated to be responsive and provide a positive experience for players.
