50 crystal energy packs still screwing players

Some players are still getting the 50 crystal energy packs, made even more valuable during double triple drop periods, whilst some arent. Xaereth got it in his latest video, and my gp is about the same as his, yet you tell me im not elligible. Yet another bug that cg just arent fixing, and lying to us to excuse it.
