5TH Levi buff in a year?

So, Scimitar got a buff that makes it the 5th buff to Levi within a year. When will other fleets get some love for once.
CG buffed the Tie Dagger but all it did was make Levi stronger when it should of been a First Order focused buff instead. 
Executor got P1 which is what it needed to be a top ship and compete with Levithan but what happened rather than balance it there was a update to make it not work versus Levithan.  now Prof can't even beat it, so you have to levthan mirror and hope you go first perfect gameplay love when if i win or not is 100% up to a coin toss. 
Re-work the Scythe to work for Chimera and ignore the dagger change to give us a counter to Levithan again. Give something to Raddus or Home one to bring them back up to bat. Give us a few new empire ships for executrix that make it have a chance vs stuff like negotiator and lower. 
Fix fleets it is 100% the worst part about the game right now. and maybe consider stop releasing broken Datacrons  with  new characters that break GAC and TW if people whale for them. literally makes a major paywall, and ruins any fun in having to play strategically with teams if it is as simple as i throw down these 4 teams with a Levithan on the back and i win
