The wicket reward was a change to an older achievement and may not be representative of the current achievement.
And this. All raid character rewards are the same, no reason to change it for 1 of them.
As for the rewards, they have always been token rewards and by the time they are achieved really dont help much. Maybe new players get a little boost from it.
