This clearly shows intent on forcing to spend; you cannot, simply cannot miss a mark. You will see that even after some adjustments, which will happen in a year because they need "careful examination" the mark will still be missed. Just about everything since the big nerf was a big lie and a money con. From the datacrons this is not even hidden.
