How is a new unit going to satisfy the requirements for Rule of Two on Bane while lifting SEE? Bane's entire kit revolves around there being TWO characters, not three. What you're asking for is a kit touch-up/datacron. Bane has already had a datacron that summons a Sith Trooper to the ally slot. That satisfies the Rule of Two while being usable under SEE.
Read it again. It’s something summoned to the ally slot, which doesn’t break Bane

I did read it. You should read it again. He also mentioned it would be a new unit, not a rework of an existing character, so he doesn't want to rework Bane or SEE to include a summon in their kit, and he also does not want it to come from an omicron or a datacron. Please explain to me how implementing a new toon (not a rework) satisfies Bane's unique and also functions as a SEE lifter. It doesn't work. Your two slots are already filled, and you can't manually add one of your own units to the ally slot. That's also not how it works.
