Ah yes, I can see where you're coming from. I haven't checked how many r8 and r9 I have, but quite a few. I still have heaps of characters to get to G13. Luthen is still g12, I just never got to him.
But yeah, you definitely got a point there. It all depends where your roster is at. I was just suggesting to make those 2 relic mats purchaseable with MK3 as well. Obviously not remove them from MK2 as it is quite helpful for a roster like yours, but available against both currencies. Now that'd be cool.
I like the “both currencies” compromise here.
As someone who has every available character at least relic 2, the move to mk2 for Zinbiddle and EC was well received by me. Mk2 was the currency I used to hit the cap on every raid payout because I had absolutely no use for any of the g12 gear pieces it purchased.
