Yup, that's as far as she can go with gear atm until the next gear is released. Her health, counters, stuns on crits is amazing. I put her with my Phasma lead and she carrys her weight well.
And considering she's one of the lowest Health Jedi in the game I'd imagine you could make Jedi Teams pretty tanky. She's like 5's with the counters except even more brutal with stuns ruining multi attackers like FOTP and Leia.
