Google SWGOH Marquee Release Schedule. You’ll find a list of all the marquee releases, when their packs come out, and when they become farmable. Characters become accelerated roughly one year from their release date.

It would be easier to list the units that are not accelerated. Half the inquisitors, hondo, boush, skando.

This is the answer. Go there, find the one year cutoff, everything above that point is not accelerated.
