Welcome to the club. I lucked out and didn't have it happen to me when the change first happened, but one sleepy morning when I was just going through the motions I got about 800c deep before I realized I was buying trash toons I already had maxed instead of the for credits gear. CG knew what they were doing no matter how many times they claim it was to help us out by putting 4 year old toons up there for crystals (in the CREDITS shop) where we've been conditioned for years to click mechanically 4 times a day.
You admitted that the only time you made a mistake was when you were sleepy and weren't paying attention to what you were buying
and then you "gaslight" CG for your own mistake
CG made a change that isn't intuitive and that has put players in a position where it's possible to make a mistake. The change was made to take a bit more money out of the pockets of players. As 'phase 2' making those crystal purchases specifically aimed at players never happened; I really can't see how it can be defended.
How, is having crystal/currency/crystal purchases a positive change over currency/crystal?
The less simple something is, the more likely a user will make an error. If you make something less simple to use than it was before, you should be culpable.
