Hello, I recently made two transactions in the SWGOH Shop, but unfortunately, neither has arrived in-game yet.
is that normal ?
Also i cant write a Email or create a Ticket ?
can someone help me with with Issue ?

Go to setting > tap on support > create a ticket and contact EA Help.
Or go to eahelp.com and contact support by mail or chat.
