Last time I checked we only get 5min to fight it out and no ability that I can think of has an animation cicle of 9s. the curious part being that exact 9 seconds showing up on the SEE vs Rey and in these two instances, just... weird, if anyone can shed light on it I'd like to read their take on it
No it is not.
You are also ignoring the fact that Wat survived and SEE apparently ignored protection on the enemy team.
