Account Banned / Excluded.

Hi
I haven't been able to enter the game for a couple of weeks, I get a sign that my account is excluded due to repeated infractions, I wanted to know those infractions for which my account has been banned, I've been in the game for 6 years and I don't understand why this happened to me overnight, my ID is jLess and my partner code is 872-491-796.

    Well, they're pretty much just judging me for one thing, which might be some kind of server bug.
    I am aware that I have not used cheats or something similar, I have no way to prove it and they are not going to believe me either, I just want to know if there is any way to solve that and have the account active again or otherwise I already lost it forever .
