Account Banned

My account was banned at some point overnight on March 7th. I messaged CG_LuciferDaddy on the morning of March 8th but I have still not received a response. I contacted EA support and they said hey could not resolve this issue and pointed me back to messaging CG_LucifersDaddy. My ally code is 487-426-685.
