Add Boushh (Leia Organa) to Speeder Bike Pursuit

Boushh (Leia Organa) should be a playable unit in Speeder Bike Pursuit due to her previously riding a Speeder Bike, the same model piloted in the raid, in the Legends video game Star Wars: Demolition.
