Address the TW problem please!

Guilds who join a TW with only 35 or 40 players are rewarded since they keep facing much weaker oponents. Whereas guilds like mine (470mio) who try to address all 50 members are punished because of that system. It should be the other way around. This gets more & more a real problem. Fix this please! Change the reward-system f. ex. Higher reward classes could solve this.
