Age update - what’s going on

EA Help never knows what's going on. I'm surprised when they correctly identify what game I'm playing. I've had to explain what mods are to them as recently as 3 months ago.
They are by far the most incompetent customer support service in existence.

So, just keep asking again and again until you find the diamond in the rough who understands basic logic and knows what they're doing.
