The account was transferred to him for free as a friendly gesture, and of course It becomes his account when he starts whaling on it. Also the only reason he doesn't ask for a refund is because then they might trace it to his main account And do worse damage.
I have been tempted over the years to spend money on this game So many times but now i cannot approve such a thing after so cruel actions toward the One of the only ones that could market Galaxy of heroes without Capital Games having to spend a dime on a commercial.
Im not sure anyone can trust or respect you until you make a formal apology not just to Arnold but the community that he is representing which happens to be YOUR responsibility as this he is one of the symbols in the community of the game you have created. If you destroy the symbol of the people their will be retaliation and revolt. Take a look a the vast history of governments all over the world and how many have fallen, exactly like those governments companies can fall the exact same way. The people have a strong influence, even if you don't think so and in many ways you couldn't imagine.

I know what he did is against the TOS, but why do you permaban him, but let you cheaters back to your game.
If you don't unban him, you should also permaban all the cheaters and all the people who use bots that go in their account. The only reason they use bots that go in their account is by the way because you make the mod management terrible.

i wouldnt have a problem with that. youtubers dont really bring anything to the table. if they cant play the game like the rest of us ban them. ahnaldts no one special. just a lazy slob propped up by people who watch youtube. the only thing that is wrong about this is they should apply some of these tos evenly and other people sharing accounts should have been banned too.

totally agree.....they don't do anything against Cheating...sharing a Account is against TOS but hey...Ahnald is the only one that brings "life" and "content" to the Game......totally opposit to you CG. You guys should rather do you job instead of starting Witch Hunts or banning people.

By hte way where is the "new content" or even the formerly announced "Major Character" ?? Is it showin' up in 2020 or have we to wait until 2022 for it ? And NO (!!) furlough or even "Corona" may not be an excuse !
