As long as you continue to play the same way you do every day, guild reset time doesn’t matter after your first 24 hrs in the guild.
The issue for me is that I'm a European in a US-based guild. The reset timer for the guild quest is set to 1:30 AM, which makes it hard to be efficient. Moving the time 1 hour earlier for them wouldn't make a difference for the rest (besides getting used to the new settings), and for me, it would be a huge quality of life improvement.
So am I. Its not an issue, I haven't changed any of my timing and they still get 600 guild tokens off me per day.
Love how you want an entire Guild to change just for you, the rest can get used to new settings but you won't.....me me me!!

Are you still on a 24 hour clock? If so, there isnt any issue after your first day in the guild.
