Andor Era Compensation

For those that purchased Era Level Material Bundles during Andor’s Era, did you ever receive those compensation crystals that were announced here after the leveling material requirements were changed, making those purchases obsolete? I didn’t, and I have had multiple conversations with support. Each time I’ve been told that they are sending compensation to eligible players in waves, and it could take some time for everyone to be compensated. In my last conversation, I was told to make a post here.
