I don't know if Nooch has good information or not but he just shared that today's 2 Anniversary characters have been pushed out for a full week.

These LSTs have been pushed out a week, confirmed by Meathead in SWGOH Events discord
This isn’t the case, every set has been out in the morning of the new marquee as I’ve had them all completed before they released
Maybe it's tied to the individual time settings, then. I don't know for sure, so I won't contradict you.
