This doesnt directly fall into the OP suggestion, but one way they could help this would be to raise the player max for ticket contributions. It has come up before, but if the limit was 650, and the guild max was still 30k, it would allow the guild to help cover players that need to be less active for any reason. At least on the daily sense this could help.
